My name is Caroline, I was born in Colombia, "South America" where I spent much of my time camping and within nature. I have always loved the forest and my time spent there led to my deep fascination with mystical things. In time I learned I could best express my inspiration through creative art. Sculpting became the vehicle for my intuition as I began creating what was revealed to me.
Beginning with crude, plastic tools and homemade cold porcelain clay I started creating purely for fun and a passion for nature and fantasy. I created everything from dragons to fairies and found a limitless wellspring of inspiration which I still have today.
After years of creating things for family and friends I made the decision to take this passion further and share it with everyone. It is my hope that by putting my love and good energy into what I make; I may bring this intention to those who seek the same.
All the creatures I create are truly unique, full of love, and waiting to find a good heart. I do not name many of them as they desire to be named by those who adopt them. Many new ideas for my future projects will come to me in dreams and always to my amazement, things seem to come together naturally.
Since December, 2010 I began creating the majority of my sculptures with ProSculpt polymer clay and acrylic paint. As I create more I am always expanding upon what I have learned and adopting new techniques. My love for sculpting and honoring my intuition has given me the freedom to express the beauty of my dreams, my experiences, and my imagination.
I am currently living in America with my husband and our baby boy. They share my intention and give me the love and support I need to keep creating. I love what I do and I am excited to share it with you.
