OOAK Golden Blue Dragon by leaves4clovers OOAK Golden Blue Dragon by leaves4clovers
This magick, one of a kind, Golden Blue Dragon was created with ProSculpt polymer clay over a strong wire armature and sculpted entirely by hand. His skin is vivid blue and metallic gold. He stands perched upon a jagged rock with his wings extended as he is almost ready to fly. The rock he clutches was handmade with polymer clay as well and both were painted with quality acrylic paints.

His handmade wings reflect striking colors in the light. He has piercing, yellow eyes and is full of amazing detail. This dragon is one of many to come in a variety of new colors, shapes and sizes.

Collect them all!

From the tip of his wings to the bottom of the rock he is 9 1/2 high and 5 1/2 inches wide.

Thank you! With a 2 year old running around it takes me a lot longer than it should. I was able to complete this in about a weeks time working on it when possible.

Wheeeee, another dragon! And just as beautiful as his brothers and sisters! :D His lovely wings are visible, too! Are they moveable? The scale texture is amazing as always, and I love the gold belly scales!

Another fine job! Keep up the good work! :+fav:

You are so sweet thank you so much!! The wings are bendable to a degree and I have a few ideas for future dragons which will elaborate on that as well :) I truly appreciate your kindness and there will be new dragons soon!

I believe the wings are made from Fantasy Film, Ive also seen it called Anjelina Film.
I think it is a kind of cellophane that can adhere to itself.

whats the difference between pro sculpt ans super sculpay?

All polymer clays of their pros and cons but personally, I have found ProSculpt works best for me. It is a bit more expensive but it makes up for it in its malleability and strength after it has been cured. Although it really boils down to personal preference. :)
